Yoga for Beginners

Our beginners classes are a perfect way to introduce yourself to yoga. Ideal if you are looking to start practicing, to explore the fundamentals and to develop an understanding of yoga. 

The sessions will cover a brief introduction of the history & philosophy of yoga. You will build confidence with foundation poses, developing an awareness of alignment, breath exploration, plus anatomical and emotional benefits these poses can bring you within the practice.

Each session will include a gentle flow sequence incorporating all that you have learnt progressing to a final deep relaxation.

Throughout January: Thursday’s 7.30pm and Saturday’s at 12pm

£11 drop in or a variety of pricing options available
