CHRISTMAS GONG MEDITATION

It is a mode of passive meditation practised laying down, whilst being immersed in the rich and unusual sounds of a gong. No knowledge or experience is required and it makes meditation very accessible; turning it into a real experience which has it’s very own vitality.

Practice including journal prompts, meditation and relaxation.
We will take stock of what we have learnt, acknowledging gratitude and wisdom.
Letting go of what is no longer serving us, we will move into the new year ahead with a celebratory energy.
