I have a passion for exercise, for moving my body, and the effects that has on my mind and wellbeing; ‘the power of movement’. This has developed as I have grown and got older; for me it’s all about the effect that any kind of movement has on your body, how you feel and the impact that can have on our health. 

My love of yoga started when I went travelling 18 years ago. It taught me to see my body from a different perspective and to become more conscious of how I was feeling. My practice started  with a strength focus, what it could do and how it could grow in strength and flexibility. However, that changed with time and I grew to rely on the breath work that is essential in yoga and what a powerful tool it is in changing your state of mind. It completely fascinates me! 

I did my 500 hour teacher training in 2017 and have continued training, learning and have been on that journey ever since with particular emphasis on yoga for sports, forrest inspired yoga and building strength. 

My classes are an opportunity to check in with yourself, our lives are so busy and chaotic, we forget or don’t make time for ourselves. A moment for us to move our bodies for whatever reason, to help de-stress, strengthen, repair and to really notice how good this makes us feel! There is an emphasis on strength and reminders to take time to tune into yourself, to listen to what you need and to find that balance. We are going to stoke that inner fire, re-energise and reset.

Wednesday - Warm Rise & Flow // 7:00-08:00

Thursday - Hot Vinyasa Flow // 18:30-19:30

Friday - Hot Rise & Flow // 07:30-08:30

Sunday - Hot Breakfast Warrior Flow // 08:30-09:30
