My personal yoga journey began many years ago around the time of my first pregnancy. Since then it has evolved, taken some wonderful journeys and explorations through various styles along the way. Yoga always brings me back to my centre. Recognising both my strength and my softness. So a few years ago I trained with one of my first yoga teachers, Katy Appleton, and since then have also added prenatal and yin into my trainings.
I hope that my class offers you a rich sense of all that yoga has to offer, often combined with a contemplation, perhaps a poem, a reflection and with the desire to leave you with a felt sense of your experience.
