“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” 

After discovering holistic therapies and yoga whilst at university, this soon become invaluable to my health and wellbeing and has since been a tranquil escape from a hectic finance career in the city. 

Whilst embarking on travels around Asia in 2016, yoga was an integral part of the journey, bringing me back to my true self, my heart and my values. It allowed me to find a sense of belonging, connecting with incredible souls and yoga communities from around the world. 

On returning from this trip I completed my 200 hours Yoga Alliance Vinyasa training with my first yoga teacher Nathalie Dubreu, and in 2019 completed Reiki level 1 & 2 with my Reiki Master Julie Sammells. More recently I have trained with The Yoga People in Mandala Flow. 

I am passionate about the importance of finding balance and taking time for ourselves in our busy day to day lives, moving away from a demanding state of doing and towards a peaceful state of just being.  

My aim is to create a supportive and calming class environment, with a fluid practice that connects breath with movement, bringing together meditation, energy work and creative sequencing. There will be moments of challenge and moments of softness, allowing you to tailor the practice to your own needs on any given day.
