A 90 minute mandala practice starting slowly with nourishing yin postures, building into a meditative dynamic vinyasa practice. Mirroring the spirals of the universe, we will move 360 degrees around the mat, before closing softly with yin and a nice long savasana!
A longer session to allow you time to deepen your practice, leaving the studio feeling refreshed and nourished.
Mandala vinyasa classes are open to students of all levels with options and modifications available, however a regular yoga practice or experience of vinyasa yoga is recommended.
