This workshop opens up the space for self enquiry. Explore your inner discussions, patterns and beliefs as we work through various modalities. Practicing Pranayama ( Breath work), Guided meditations, Gentle embodied movement, restorative healing yoga and Bhakti Chanting to connect with our hearts, open our minds and trust the unknown. 

This is a perfect opportunity to release anything that is working against you, and to move confidently with all that serves you well; letting go and trusting the flow of new beginnings. Move forward with new seasons, perspectives and intentions.

Together we will move, speak and sing, opening our hearts, inner voices and bodies to receive love and give out love to others.
