Happy Hips

In this two hour workshop you will learn the different compartments of the hip and how they work together to support your yoga practice. We will discuss the value of passive and active range of motion and why it is important to build both strength & flexibility in this area.

A comprehensive understanding of hip mobility and strength will be incorporated and put into practice into a full dynamic vinyasa flow working into poses that you may have historically found challenging.

This workshop is for anyone wanting a deeper understanding of anatomy. Learn how to make your yoga practice work for you with modifications and variations explained in order to empower you in your own unique practice.
