What to expect:
This workshop will equip you with the theory behind feet and natural movement, and the skills to apply it to your daily practice to improve mobility, performance and long-term health.
Starting with a foot-first approach to natural movement and barefoot training, this workshop is ideal for movement enthusiasts, people curious about natural health, anybody struggling with their feet and/or movement, and professional movement, practitioners and personal trainers.
Head trainer at Vivo Barefoot, Ben Le Vesconte, will start by guiding us through specific footexercises while sharing his wealth of knowledge about foot health and the advantages of being barefoot.
Shed yoga teacher will then lead guests through a yoga class focusing on strengthening our feet, ankles, legs, and glutes to better support us in wearing barefoot shoes and executing functional movements correctly. Guests will also get to experience the plantar pressure plate and try on and be fitted for a pair of Vivo Barefoot shoes.
