“Every pose can teach us something”
That’s the start of Pincha Mayūrāsana (”Feathered Peacock,” the forearm-stand) for which we’ve chosen nine poses and Golden Cues which will build the confidence to create your Pincha.
Chaturanga, for instance, can teach shoulder rotation. Salabasana (Locust) spinal extension. And Cat Cow, the pelvic tilt.
We’ll also use props and show you different versions of Pincha such as the One-Legged Press.
By the end you’ll be a well informed Peacock.
