I found yoga at a time in my life that was full of stress and noise. Living a fast paced and unhealthy lifestyle in London, my practice became a refuge. I eventually let go of the stressful job and lifestyle and the yoga remained. I completed my 200YTT with Vidya Heisel in Andalusia, Spain in 2017, and have continued to learn with teachers such as Jason Crandell, Ellie Grace (Trauma Informed Yoga), Jeff Phenix & Adam Husler along the way. My yoga has been a great therapeutic tool to cope and recover from stress and trauma in my life, and I hope to encourage students to build capacity, resilience and self enquiry in their own practice. Expect classes with a focus on breath and accessible movement, while building strength and awareness in the body.
