Join the wonderful Anita Tambala in this Beginner’s guide to yoga.
This is a two hour workshop and includes a brief introduction to the History of Yoga, explains the foundations of the movement and helps build confidence on the poses, develops a greater understanding of alignment, breath control, anatomy and the benefits yoga can give you.
The afternoon will conclude with a gentle flow sequence incorporating forward folds and backbends progressing in to a final deep relaxation.
This is perfectly designed for those who are new to yoga, anyone wishing to learn more about the fundamentals of their practice and students wishing to develop their understanding.
